How about them COWBOYS!!!!!

That's right folks. Keith and I are going to the game tonight. He was able to find great tickets on ebay for a good deal so tonight the Rythym Section will be enjoying the game this evening from the 50 yard line. This is the last pre-season game and I have a feeling that tonight will be the debut of the famed Terrell Owens. I am pretty stoked about the game tonight and I know that Keith and I will have a great time and probably consume some beer and hot dogs. Cliff will be there also but he will be on the field cause he is working. So if your at the game tonight look out for Keith and I and come say. Peace, love and duct tape....

Are you kidding???

That is right folks, we as a band have our work cut out for us this weekend. We are playing 2 shows in 12 hours in 2 different cities in Texas. How does this happen you might ask? Well tonight we play in Denton at the Garage for some good times. Then we get home about 3-3:30 am then we have to leave Dallas at 7 in the morning to head out to Wichata Falls to play the Hotter than Hell 100. We go on stage at like 10:30-11:00am. I don't know if this feat has ever been performed before. So I ask all of you to come out and support tonight and tommorow because we are going to need all your energy to keep us going for this crazy weekend. I will have a nice weekend recap blog on Sunday or Monday to let everyone know how we faired on this journey. So wish us luck while we go boldly where no other band has gone before. Much love.

Want to feel better?????

Ok my roomate is trying to raise money for breast cancer research. I being a big fan of breasts am trying to do my part to help. So please take a minute and read his plea and lend a hand if you can. Together we can save all the beautiful breast of the world. Thanks for listening.

I know your time is precious but I need a moment,

Hello!

How are you today? I hope all is well! I wanted to let you know I’ve taken it upon myself to the try and raise money for a cause I believe is worth the effort and dedication I bring to the table. The cause is Breast Cancer. Over the last 20 years there have been dramatic advances in the fight against this disease. As I’m sure you know, cancer is not something anyone wants to deal with but the truth of the matter is tens of thousands of women and men as well, develop cancer and more specifically breast cancer. This disease is relatively preventable with the proper education and awareness, proper checkups and proper techniques in self-examination. The Breast Cancer 3-Day organization is whom I have made a commitment, in effort to raise $2,200. If I obtain this goal, I will be allowed to participate in a 3-day walk extending 60 miles. This walk is to take place in October on the 27th thru the 29th. The event attracts thousands of people united in one cause, the extinc tion of Breast Cancer. As well, it serves to bring awareness and education to the public. Before I go any further I would like to inform you that I have sent this email in hopes I’ve caught you in a generous mood as it’s intension is to ask you to donate your hard earned money to the fight against Breast Cancer. First and foremost, you can feel you have truly used your money in a manor deemed purely selfless and thus feel you have a stake in the fight against Breast Cancer and other cancers as well. The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation sponsors the Breast Cancer 3-day so you can feel secure that your donations are to be used for research, screening, and the treatment of Breast Cancer. If you would like to help me fight Breast Cancer you can find a link to my website Head Quarters by clicking the link below. Please note that all donations go directly to the foundation and are never handled by me or anyone else unauthorized to handle said donations. I hope you wi ll help me in this fight against Breast Cancer as we all can use a hand at some point in our lives! I would like to take this time to thank you in advance for you time and wish you a joyfully wonderful day!

Sincerely,
Storey N. Kilgore

P.S.
If it's not too much trouble I would greatly appreciate it if you could forward this message to everyone you know, as we all know someone!

Bye Bye Gonzo

Well we had to say goodbye to our favorite intern of the summer, Linsey aka Gonzo. She is heading back to OSU to finish up her degree and then come back and work for Clear Channel. She is a sweetheart and will be missed. "The Crew" took her out Thursday night and we bar hopped Addison until the bars closed down. We had a blast and got her pretty f'ed up. Good times all around. Here's to you Gonzo. Much Love.

Studio Update

Well we were in the studio this weekend as you all know. Well while Keith and I layed down all the bass and drum tracks it seemed that everyone was sleeping. Oz was crashed out on one of the couches, Chris on the other and even our producer Craig decided to take a nap at the console.

After awhile everyone woke up and I was trying to show Chris and Oz how to put on a stage show. After countless attempts to duplicate what I was showing them Chris finally got it.

So here is a great pic of Chris trying out some new moves to use on stage. This one is called the "Acoustic Slide Dance". I have been working on this move for years now and it was finally time to show the boys. Chris was really dedicated to learning it and he tried for about 4 hours until he finally got it. Thanks for giving a 110% Chris you rock.
